Jacobson Markham successfully represented a world-wide food processor in a dispute regarding contractor/subcontractor claims for extra compensation in excess of $20 million. A major procedural victory was won regarding the choice of forum clause in the general contract. The matter settled after the issue was appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
