Public Works Contract

Represented general contractor in a dispute regarding the construction of a regional arts facility wherein a subcontractor claimed nearly $2 million in damages allegedly due to project management and delay. After successfully moving to exclude claims and evidence at trial, subcontractor recovered all claims for a nominal sum.
