Matthew D. Rose Associate

Matt Rose joined Jacobson Markham in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Butte County. Before that, Matt represented a wide array of clients in the Santa Clara County region in personal injury matters, business matters, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance bad faith lawsuits.

Licensed as an attorney since 2012, Matt’s primary practice areas include construction, personal injury, products liability, business, public entities and tort defense.

Matt attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. Prior to attending law school, Matt received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University, with a major in Political Science and minors in Philosophy and English. Matt grew up in the town of Los Gatos, CA. His Dad has worked as a Plaintiff’s civil litigation attorney in Santa Clara County since 1978.
