Representative Matters

Crop Sales

Jacobson Markham successfully represented farmer in action against food processor for failing to timely receive loads of harvested fruit in accordance with a commodity sales contract.

Crop Damage

Patrick Markham recovered judgment against State of California regarding herbicide spray case where state action destroyed growing crops. Ended in successfully stopping the damage.

Conservation Easements

Jacobson Markham has negotiated conservation easements protecting nearly 2000 acres of prime agricultural land located on the Sacramento River Delta.

Eminent Domain
